South Etobicoke Music School is a local, independent music studio run by Max de Groot, a professional pianist, keyboardist, and ensemble leader. Lessons are designed to help students build strong musical foundations while staying connected to the music they actually enjoy. About Max
Max de Groot is an experienced piano and keyboard instructor with years of teaching and performance experience. In addition to private lessons, Max regularly leads ensembles and performs in jazz, pop, and contemporary settings. His background as an active musician shapes a practical, musician-first teaching approach — helping students develop skills they can use beyond the lesson room.
